I like to imagine Jonathan throwing paper airplanes made out of his letters to the courtyard and the people down below getting increasingly annoyed at him and deciding to get him back for it by tattling to Dracula.

Picture Count Dracula in full french maid getup his hand up to his mouth to cover his smile giggling at the other side of the door.

COUNT DRACULA, in a hi-vis vest: "All this paper in your room is so dangerous. I wouldn't want my dear friend Jonathan Harker to have to... bleed from a... preventable paper cut."

I knew there were a few big breaks, but nice of the publisher to let us know.

Somehow Renfield comes across even grosser in print than he did when he was Mark Gatiss on BBC One.

Renfield is the grossest character in a book filled with characters that suck blood from people's necks. (Well, there's maybe one character that gets grosser, but that's gonna be a while before we get there.)

New from our friend Jonathan!

He is *not*, unlike my tired brain assumed at first, talking about Slovakian centaurs, but normal Slovakian carriage drivers.

The only thing funnier than Slovakian movers going "haha look at this idiot in the tower" at him crying for help would be Slovakian centaur movers going "haha look at this idiot in the tower" at him crying for help, though.
