Oh wow, the latest Super Auto Pets patch is a lot.
I play mostly on mobile so it's not out for me yet but I'm still scrolling through all the changes. There's some interesting stuff here I wouldn't have guessed as the solution.

it is surprisingly difficult to find good low-res image motifs to put in one's signature these days

I decided I've gotten good enough to try playing in Public Versus mode on SAP and.... well, I wasn't wrong, I guess. >.> I've been playing in Arena mode only against my own pet pack, though, and since that doesn't apply to Versus mode, I wound up going up against a bunch of pets I've never seen and didn't know any counter strategies for. Although I did finally figure out a solution for caterpillars after losing three matches in a row (we were the only teams left)... before continuing to lose the rest of the matches. <.<
So yeah, I think I'm going to turn off the pet-pack matching option so I can practice against DLC teams in the Arena for a while before trying Versus again.
