TIL I learned that it's a popular thing in Denmark to donate a horse, that is about to be put down, to a zoo, so they can put it down for free and feed it to their lions. It's so popular that our nearest big zoo has a wait-list of 4-6 months for taking in a horse.

Today I Learned that Grave of the Fireflies and My Neighbor Totoro were originally released in theatres as a double feature.

I have no idea which one was first. My guess is GotF???
