ah! i read some things that indicated they did, but my testing last night would confirm what you said ...which means it'll be very difficult for me to play at night, actually. <.< I have the same problem except for day! Oh no, I meant USW is on a generic USW timezone with some small variations between each smaller instance on USW. I don't believe they vary as much as that -- or they didn't in the past, anyway. I don't think?
